# Token Utility

The Vitalys token is used throughout the platform, creating a circular flow that encourages continued engagement and activity.

**a. Rewards System**

* Tokens are awarded for:
  * Asking questions or providing answers.
  * Sharing content (blogs, videos, memes) featuring Vitalys.
  * Reaching milestones (e.g., leveling up, achieving streaks, completing quests).
  * Engaging in campaigns and events (like Zealy quests).

**b. Spending Tokens**

Users can spend tokens within the Vitalys platform to unlock:

* Premium content and advanced features.
* Exclusive roles and badges (like "Guardian" and "OG").
* Access to community-driven campaigns, special raffles, and giveaways.

**c. Staking**

* Users can stake their tokens to increase their chances of receiving rewards at a higher rate or unlock governance privileges.
* Staking also enables users to participate in **Vitalys governance**, allowing them to vote on proposals related to platform updates, features, and community initiatives.
